Sleepy Day

Jersey likes to sleep close to the food dish
Biff and Finn love warm, fresh-folded laundry
Frank and Toby fall asleep watching the hedgehog play
You never know where the cats will curl up on a lazy day.  Here's a sampling of napping hotspots in our home.
Jersey prefers to be in the kitchen in case I walk through.  She doesn't want to miss an opportunity to beg for snacks.
All the cats love to sleep on the hot-from-the-dryer laundry when I set it on the bed to fold.  Hairy cats plus warm clothes equals static cling.  Our outfits don't stand a chance of being fur-free.
Most of the time the cats fall asleep wherever they happen to stop moving for more than 30 seconds.  It can happen while they are watching squirrels out the window, doing their kitty wrestling match poses, or waiting for food to accidentally fall from human plates.
The funny thing is that they can all be passed out cold and completely unresponsive to my calls, and they will still sense when I move to the bedroom to take a nap.  They'll wake up just enough to pile on top of me and doze right back to sleep. Being a housecat is tough!
